    yeah the CR thing just makes no sense and its not SurveyComet thats issuing it. its Cloud Research. its THEIR qual system bs that AMT seemingly is turning a blind eye towards

    Yes, it is Cloud Research and evidently they are SurveyComet because that's who issues it. They also issue TP Panel stuff, check your quals and search for SurveyComet.
