I would start the survey just enough to see if some of the content is different. if it's different, I would continue.

 

Good idea. Its one of those press 2 button "games" to choose between 2 options, very long, very draining... Not the kind of thing I'd want to complete and risk being rejected. I'd be surprised if anything is changed but maybe. It doesn't allow me to accept more than 1 so it seems like req should know how to block duplicates

Rejection from Telometrics LabCognitive Assessment and Games [up to $7 bonus](~ 30 minutes):

Reason for rejection:
"Thank you for completing the study Cognitive Assessment and Games Study ID 304315 Unfortunately at this time you have not been approved Nevertheless we thank you for completing our study and hope you have a great day" No idea why it would have been rejected, and it wasn't even a very good hit

 

It's a different survey than the one a couple days ago. I got an email from him notifying that this is the second of two experiments just dropped today. you're good

Sorry to hear that. New requesters are always risky and can turn out to be nice like that sometimes. You can try disputing it with their university's IRB. That's exactly why I never do HITs from new requesters.

 

Yeah, I boofed something with a previous HIT but he said that he hoped I'd do future surveys, and I got the email for it. So it sounds like you can go for it!

I've never gotten any emails from MTurk... no emails about followup surveys, no bonus emails, nothing.. there is nothing in my spam folder either

I've looked for email settings but cant find anything. Am I missing something?
