btw gotta do "yoga" nowadays & I'm not about to put that much effort in.. tho im p sure i could get some views as the least flexible yoga streamer on the platform as a circus/ curiosity shtick

 

Yeah most videos get nuked super fast, but the AIs listening to videos to flag copyrighted material is not good enough yet to mute the audio between the streamer uploading and twitch broadcasting the live stream. Maybe in the future, but for now, live is not an issue.

Rift S hands down no comparison. lol The Quest is great for what it offers, as far as mobility and not needing to connect to a pc to play. But, for beat saber it's not a good choice, if you plan on modding the game, which you're obviously going to do, if he's making maps already. You have to sideload all mods into Quest using Sidequest. This also makes it a pain for adding new songs or mods. Rift S is so superior for this purpose as long as you have the gaming pc to handle it, which I'm assuming you do. I bought the Quest, fell in love with Beat Saber, and bought another new gaming pc and the Rift S a few months later. lol

 

Live is an issue, it's just not an issue music labels have dedicated time to solving.

It's still illegal lol, eventually the RIAA will have bots that just watch streams and live copystrike you.

Depends on who juges the copyrighted material, because one of the important pillars is that the material has to take costumers/sales away from the one holding the copyrights, and a livestream doesn't substitute the need to "buy" the music, since people are talking over it and it's at a specific moment in time (and then the videos get struck down), so there's a strong argument against taking down live streams using music but taking down the videos.
