As a heads up, I just had a Maze with no code (shocker huh?) and was annoyed enough to email them (figuring it would go into the digital void per the norm). I ACTUALLY GOT A HUMAN REPLY. The person apologized and said that the email until very recently was NEVER monitored and that if there are problems with no code to submit with worker ID and mail them saying there was no code.

ALSO
if you had any rejections in the past bit where you can find the hit ID, they will look it over and see if you can get a reversal of the rejection/compensation.
