    Many years ago, my mom used to make a fruit pizza - which was basically a giant sugar cookie baked in a pizza pan, and it had a cream cheese icing on it and fruit toppings. Strawberry slices, kiwi, blueberries, and yes, pineapple. I don't know if that counts or not but that shit was damn good.
