i guess you just have to get quick at it & not be too concerned with being perfect, but its hard

 

I think they have to design the hit to have it as a shortcut specifically, but I'm not sure

It should work on any hit that uses a standard mturk form. Shit+enter will submit the entire form you are on. You still have to pass all the validations on the page you are trying to submit, but it just uses the POST action on the form in focus.
