For taco tuesday we have chicken and spinach taco topped with freshly sliced provolone, and a nice bed of quinoa topped with some juice and a bit of spinach made when cooking the chicken. I gotta say it was AMAZING!!

Sounds great, but it's just too early for dinner for me. I won't be ready for another few hours.

 

We eat at normally 5 everyday and rarely later than that. I get indigestion really bad some days so I like to have my food digested for the most part by bedtime.

 

I could eat at 5, and I understand heartburn woes. I have to take meds to keep mine at bay. But I feel like I'd be hungry and waking up at like 2-3am ready to eat again. I'm already pretty starv'n marvin at like 7am.

 

I do wake up hungry at 7am some days but I exercise on an empty stomach or else I'll hurl, so manage to not eat until closer to 11am. lol
