i completed the entire thing and it failed to submit. i had to restart from the beginning and do the whole hit over again. the actual time i spent on this hit is doubled what its showing here. bonus is a guess

The bonus on that OLab hit must be paid out differently than .03 per correct answer bc I'm pretty sure I got around 50 out of 60 sentences correct and that only adds up to 1.50... but all the approved reviews are showing about $7 bonus

 

Found myself requiring a few bucks instant income a few days ago. Hadn't been turking much. Tried a few hits and some were quickly approved, but the next transfer was 2 or 3 days out plus bank's delays.

Had to turn to my top-secret survey sites that often pay fast with instant transfers. That got me almost enough for the day, but a bit more was needed so I had to roll dice on Prolific, got a lucky quick payment there and my day was made.

I appreciate the simplicity of the new Mturk payment scheme, but sometimes I wish it could cash-out instantly. — (To be clear: I'm not expecting requesters to approve instantly. Reasonably quickly is always good, but I'm patient with requesters. What I'm saying is, after approval is made and the money is earned, I sometimes wish the Mturk system's cash-out process had an instant transfer option; I'd use it occasionally, even with a small fee for the service.)

Yeah I know, it's far wiser to avoid whatever mistakes got me into a situation "requiring a few bucks instant income."

lol, almost reported my own comment accidentally. Clicked Report by mistake, then "clicked again accidentally" and almost hit the submit button. I'll strive to click more carefully henceforth.

I wondered though, why does this XenForo software put a report option on one's own comments? — (The presumable answer is, the XenForo programmers were too busy or lazy to hide it. Easier for them to simply put a report option on every comment, without implementing a way to hide it on one's own.)

Oops, actually don't answer the question. For security reasons, I suppose it may be wise to avoid posting forum software version information. — Likewise don't answer this related question either: Do you do regular XenForo updates, or is it easier to keep an old version that's still working fine? (I assume if it were often updated, we might notice some visible changes over time; but since we don't, I assume it hasn't been updated in a while, and that's OK.)

Don't answer. I probably shouldn't even have commented on this subject, unless I had any significant complaint about the installed version's features or functionality (I don't, although I wonder if anyone else might know if the latest versions could bring any desirable improvements or enhancements). — I suppose private messaging would probably be a better way to discuss this.
