Same. 45 mins at most to the red river. Though I wouldn't really call it a river at this time of year. More like a large creek with 180,000 sandbars. I used to take a week canoeing it every year when I was younger in the summer. We had to get out and carry it across sandbars over and over because there wasn't enough water to stay in the boat.

The consensus is to not send that info to them. They are borderline breaking MTurk's TOS by requesting you do that. So my advice would be to just ignore that message and don't stress about it.

It for sure turns into a river, the close it gets to the Mississippi (where it empties). And depending on rainfall, up by us can get that way for a few days. But mostly a mud pit and creek.

By us it is way more river than sand bar. There's a lot emptying into it here though.

 

It's on some surveys that use TurkPrime / CloudResearch, the ones that usually have a few demographics questions right there in iFrame on MTurk below the place you enter your code in.

But you probably don't see it cause they already know based on your answers that you're a bot.
