Sounds yummy, actually. I miss the Thai Chicken pasta from Cheesecake Factory. I have tried making Sesame Peanut noodles before, but they never taste as good as that pasta dish did.

 

Yes, the toast texture is very good and the heat makes the PB all melty gooey - one of the reasons its also so good on a burger, and , ahem, a toasted overeasy egg sandwich - not only does the hot pb get melty, but the egg yolk mixes in.. soo good
