    On the flip side, it could also mean they reject for no reason, but it hasn't been reviewed. It's a gamble.

    You should look at both indicators to make your decision.

    The way I look at it is people get pissed when they are rejected unfairly, and will pretty much always head straight to review

    So if a req is pulling some sheeet, its prob going to be reflected in the reviews.
