Anyone else having issues with Queuebicle not adding a newly created watcher and clicking on the PANDA icon from the scraper to the PANDA manger?

It shows a green PANDA icon on the scraper and/or that the watcher was created in the Watcher tab, but it isn't being added in the PANDA manger for me. Restarted Queuebicle twice in case that would would fix the issue, but it didn't.
