Honestly same. I stay WAYYYYYYYYYYYYY to stressed out, so hubs has been helping me so much to learn how NOT to stress, or at least to keep it to a minimal, and not to stress over absolutely ridiculous shit that is so far beyond my control, or what ifs that haven't even happened and may never happen.
