Usertest can be a bit wonky at times. I've noticed lately that their site has been slow no matter how many tests are on your screen. I also noticed that they don't force the people doing the test to give you ratings. I feel like you should always get a rating after a test so your score isn't messed up so easily. I do hope your luck turns around though! Hopefully it will get better!
