    Not sure I understand your question, but here is my stab at it.

    If you have 100, you have this qualification. It is given out by CloudResearch, which is platform most requesters use for surveys. For surveys hosted by this platform, you generally need this qualification. This does not mean this is the only qualification needed for every HIT.

    Also, CR #2 is a bad. If you have this, most CloudResearch HITs will be closed to you.
