Not sure what's going on? Has anyone seen this before? I just completed a survey in full. The study was completed on a separate site. No code is required to submit within the hit itself. You just click the submit button. After submitting, there was a message at the top of the Mturk page that says:

"There was a problem submitting this HIT
You still have this HIT accepted, and can find it by viewing your HITs Queue. You can try submitting this HIT again. If this problem persists, please report this HIT."

I submitted it once again. Same thing. It's still in my queue, and it does not show at all in today's work on my dashboard. I used Chrome the first time. Then, I tried it in Firefox next. Same "there was a problem..." message shows up.

Anddd, of course it's going to expire very soon
