The HIT ratings are greyed out for me. I have "enable hit ratings" and "enable requester ratings" selected in settings.
What am I doing wrong that's preventing me from seeing the ratings?

I would check to verify that the API key was saved first (Turkerview>options)
and then see if any errors show up in the browser console (F12).

I feel like such a dope, as I'm still unclear as to how to submit reviews to TurkerView via the MTS integration. I've watched the API video but I think the demo was done with a previous version of MTS. Mine looks different and I can't figure out where to add the API key.

Any advice would be appreciated. I would like to participate in the community by submitting reviews but I keep getting the "API key is invalid" message

 

It took me one or two years to figure it out. I was turking on the side so it wasn't that big of a deal. Did you look on https://www.facebook.com/groups/mturkmembers ? I posted pictures there

I'm able to login here but not on the TurkerView part. Can't access my reviews. Can anyone tell me why? When I click on TurkerView at the top of the page here there's another login and when I click on it it just cycles back to the same page, never gives me a login box.

How do I cancel Turkerview?

 

If it's via PayPal you can cancel subscriptions through them.
