    Kind of fun. Paid bonus immediately
    Cons:
    My bonus said 5.02 and I got 5.00, though it did say 5 was the maximum at the start. I guess it just shouldn't tell me it's higher if it's not. I think the 2 was a waiting bonus and obviously 2 cents isn't a big deal, but if someone had to wait a long time and lost that time bonus, that might not be fair.
