Today marks 2 months since I started taking cold showers daily (taking a normal hot shower and then finishing it with ~3 minutes of cold shower). Can't say it's made a huge difference, but I feel like it's definitely helped a little bit - my focus and productivity in general improved and I just feel marginally more awake, so gonna keep taking them.

6.9 / 10, would recommend, especially if you like pain and suffering.
