For those using QBC, on the requesters watchers I have set to panda it only gives me a notification but won't create a panda. Is it still trying to pick it up in the background? They used to get picked up before just through my platform watchers but now they don't. Idk what's going on.

Some I do, some I don't - depends on if it's a "noisy requester" and I just want to be notified they dropped some hits, or like the one above, I def want qbc to try to grab it immediately.

 

Yep, I have. I had to make one from the notification and that set up a "None" panda. @ChrisTurk can you shed some light on this please?

I'm not sure if it's the exact reason, but sometimes, the requester is very "watched" and disappears before the watcher even "notices" and fires to make a Panda. Seemingly switches to "Not catchable, so turning panda off" before it even creates one.

I noticed it on a couple ones today. Anecdotally, but seemingly on "slower" days, it seems to happen more. I would guess Stax, QBC, and all the other RID addons suck them up faster, because of the lower volume.

 

That's what I was thinking. I just thought it weird that these requesters used to get picked up just from my usual platform watchers and then they just stopped about a month ago.

The Noah Turk Mugen videos were like that. They would get caught by RID watcher, then as people started doing them, they needed a personal PANDA to reliably get them.

 

What I did, that worked best for me for throttled batches, or ones that dropped 1-2 throughout the day, was search existing PANDAs, delete the RID-created one, then make a "None" PANDA from the icon in scraper (Or a HIT group ID one if you use PCM, flag one in Stax)
