Mine didn't load images for either question and I tried in QBC and two different browsers so I just answered the two questions as they appeared open ended. I was rejected too but I figured it was a risk when I saw the broken image symbol but no images.

I wouldn't do that. unless I didn't notice it or really needed the money fast and it had immediate pay known in advance.

 

UPS is bad no one UPS. they made 1 delivery attempt, then took the package to a "UPS Access Point" which is some location that is inaccessible to the package recipient. so now she can't get her Christmas present from me. and it's 2-1/2 hours away from me, so I can't go get it from the "UPS Access Point" and bring it to her. there is literally no point in online shopping if this is what online shopping is devolving into. the entire point is that you don't have to go get it, otherwise might as well shop at brick and mortar with cash. just saying no one UPS, especially with sending Christmas presents.

 

Wait, they wont attempt to redeliver the package?
Maybe if you call and explain you can get them to make another delivery attempt. It's worth a try.

thanks I did a live chat. they said no and that it's because they can't leave it unattended in an unsafe area. I told them she's retired and almost always there, and that there are parcel lockers AND a front office at the apartment complex. then they said a supervisor will get back to me but they won't make an attempt to deliver it again. :/ I mean it's a Christmas present, so I don't even know how to handle the mess of trying to get a refund from the store I bought it from when UPS returns the package to the store.

 

Is there anyone who could pick it up for her? According to their website that's an option. There's an ID requirement and I think she has to put something in writing. You'd have to check again on chat for all the requirements, but maybe a neighbor or someone would be kind enough to go for her.
