    I would try it. One of my hobbies is watching cooking videos from across the world and I noticed a lot of street food with eggs (or egg sandwiches) from Korea had corn in them. I gave it a try and really loved it.

    You know I did not even realize they were Korean, I saw the Korean text and said to myself "That's odd" But I didn't even for a moment think they were Korean, the whole thing just had that American flavor of a whole lot going on.

    corn is actually very good on pizza, you get that slight tingly crunch of the corn with the tiny sweet taste. when baked right its SUPER good.
    this is coming from someone that worked in a pizza place and would routinely bring home items to try on pizza or get stuff from the other food places nearby.
    (also, shrimp basted with the LC garlic butter sauce used for the italian cheese bread, then baked on a pizza [​IMG])

    pepperoni, onion, light jalapeno, red pepper flake, send it through the oven 1/2 way, put the drained pineapple on top, send it through the rest of the way. amazing pizza

    Shrimp is pretty common around here for pizza but I live in Louisiana and seafood is huge here so I guess it's not surprising. We have a few places that do crawfish pizzas as well and they are also really good but that's probably a bit too specific to the region.

    I believe you can toss just about anything on a pizza and it will be good. Had an amazing eggplant parmesan pizza last week too.

    I want pizza now.
