The speed of light is c = 2.99 x 10^8 meters per second. Though people usually round it to 3 and things work out fine. It's most commonly known because of e = mc^2, Einsteins great theory of relativity, though that equation itself isn't that useful. Instead, we use it to calculate things like the age of a picture that we take of outer space, since by the time we see the stars / planets / etc, they're likely dead and gone anyway.

TBH that does sound like my jam, but I feel like subcontracting it out would make it underpaid for me. XD

Well depending where you're at in Texas. In my area it's rare but it has happened, it will hard freeze a couple times a winter give or take. My dwarf orange tree is somehow still standing and it's about 15 years old.
