You have spent insufficient time answering these questions and will not be compensated. By insufficient time, I mean less than 1/3 of the time it takes me (a person who knows -- in fact MADE -- the items on the questionnaire) to read the items.

so I felt bad yesterday, laid down and left my Hit Catcher running, and caught this today....obvs I missed what ppl said yesterday because I was in bed...

for anyone else who gets it today and didn't get the memo yesterday.....once you complete the HIT, he will give you a message that you will be rejected for not spending the same amount of time on it as he did when he took it :/

because he's worked Mturk for years and answered those same sets of questions thousands of times before like we have....fkn POS...

my Sunday is a lot less serene....I should have just kept laying in bed with the kittehs....now I'm sick and angry...

 

Yup, this was all over yesterday. I caught it not realizing what HIT it was and thankfully read the return reviews. I hope people messaged him like crazy this weekend. He basically is getting a shitton of data for free.

 

there were no return reviews when I grabbed it earlier....hopefully, people see them now and return it and don't waste their time...

he received a curt but polite message from me about stealing data, wasting our work time and using timers if he wants ppl to stay on a page for some imaginary amount of time that he thinks is appropriate...not to mention his intention to pay workers $6 if he expects us to spend 30m working for $3...

 

He actually approved my HIT so there's hope.
