Description: Thank you for considering being a part of this study. You are invited to take part in this research study because you participated in the first part of the study two weeks ago. Please set aside at least 70 minutes to complete this part of the study. You may take breaks but please complete the study within 2 days. Please note that the survey is not formatted for cell phones so please only complete this on a computer. Please have with you a notepad and pen to take notes about the videos and the tasks. The study will start with self-report questionnaires that have approximately 150 items in total. This should take approximately 25 minutes to complete. We will then ask you to watch a series of short videos and answer some questions about these videos, which should take about 30 minutes. The study will end with a rating task and a request for your feedback, which should take another 15 minutes. After the study, we will ask you to plan and engage in some wellbeing activities in the coming two weeks. We will invite you back for another follow-up study two weeks later.
