Haha! My friend worked in Costco member services for a year, and she jokingly called herself "Karen support"
Because of the suburban location, she said that she spent all year explaining to entitled white boomers that it was standard that you paid 5% more if you weren't a member and used Instacart.

 

Any job that involves taking calls sucks monkey nuts, that's my conclusion, I'd rather stock shelves in a retail store than do this call shit.

 

Good luck reasoning with those people. I'd rather argue with a brick wall. At least the brick wall would be more reasonable
