So, Pro----c support got back to me and resolved
my previous rejection for lack of completion code

Helpfully, they removed the rejection and credited the survey.

And in case I get other unwarranted rejections in future,
they could be able to do the same for me again ...

... but IIUC, they'll do that ONLY 2 MORE TIMES, ever?

idk why they must limit such assistance to a total of 3 times.
But I guess this doesn't surprise me much.
