I guess I'm lucky, I've got a year round farmer's market with a full deli around the corner from me. Prices are more expensive on meat, but produce is cheaper and both are better quality than Kroger. They even have all the essentials for cooking so if I need soy sauce or vinegar or something... more expensive but I'm eating healthier.
