MTurk does keep track of your return rate but it very very rarely has an impact on being able to accept HITs from requesters or lead to exclusion quals.

 

Nope. The return rate basically means nothing on the site. The only thing you have to potentially worry about is sending back a HIT that you meant to do and then not being able to accept / complete it again due to restrictions making it seem like you took it already.
