    They have you compose an email at the end to let the researchers know if there was any issues and what you thought of their study. I definitely let them know what I thought of their extremely low paid study.
    Cons:
    I was too far into this to quit and wanted to be able to leave a review. Just block this requester. Horrible pay.

    Well...I'm going to base this on just personal opinion so treat it as such.

    Walmart has a bad reputation (around here at least) of being pretty rough on employees. This is from both the standard stores and marketplaces so I would be worried about longevity there. Of course, you may be completely fine and this could be a nonissue with your location. I can't really commit on the other position with the vet.

    Working outside the house brings in more money on a consistent basis (usually this obviously depends on the person) which is what made me take the plunge and do so. I think trying to work a full-time job and turking is going to be super risky and not truly sustainable. Treating turking as a side hustle, extra money, or just something to do "when you can" would be the better option and I wouldn't personally factor it into your budget of earnings since doing so just adds an entirely new level of stress. In a perfect world doing both would be great but realistically being tired and just wanting to relax and do fun things after work, or spend time with family, will end up being a problem eventually.


    If you are in a situation where you need the money to live comfortably and you aren't opposed to working outside the house? I would go for it and slowly add mturk in when you can. Even $20-50 a week from mturk can make a difference in the grand scheme.

    I personally intended to turk and work full time...but with fatigue and some medical issues in the family, I'm barely turking or really doing anything when I get home. This might change in a few months when I hit a routine but right now I'm just turking when I can and treating it like I mentioned above as just extra money.

    Jumping in right here. You're never too old to go back to school.

    I'm 53 and within months I will be signing up for another master's program. Just waiting for my son's college offers to come in so I know what he's doing and our financials before I enroll. I do hope to do some work with that degree after I am done.

    I would encourage everyone, no matter what age, to go back to school if you want to!

    There are tons of grants and scholarships and aid.

    I'm saying this knowing I won't qualify for any so all the thousands will be on me but still worth it if you can make a living doing something you love. And probably make more money so easier to pay the debt back. Investing in yourself is always a great idea.
