I often get lost in youtube videos of korean street foods and pastries being made.. and sometimes I move into US food videos too but last night that was SUCH a mistake. There's a detroit style pizza restaurant that uses a mustard base with sauerkraut, corned beef, and a dump of mozzarella and I audibly SCREAMED when they started spooning on the mustard by the ladle-full. Nooooooo thank you pizza makers.
