watching the new Tyler Henry series on Netflix. on the second episode so far but making me forget that I'm up too early on a Saturday and there's not much money to be made for hours. kinda like the show he had on E! but this one is also a mystery to be solved about his heritage. at least I have coffee, vodka and netflix on this snow covered day. tomorrow is gonna be in the 50's.

I like that study that came out a couple of years ago that said coffee and tea can help reverse liver damage. Causes me to ensure I consume a shitton of coffee...

So does it balance out the negative affects of alcohol? I might need to go to 2 pots a day...

 

that's what I took from it. and I'm in Kentucky, I smoke and drink like a sailor. a doctor had tests run on me a year and a half ago and said my liver looked super healthy (at 40) then tried to prescribe me something I won't take because it's too damaging on my liver. I drink about two or three pots a day, depending on what I'm doing.
