If you're talking about Empirical Jury, I just got one rejected the other day because they said ALL of my open ended answers were left blank. I told them I most certainly did answer every single question, as I always do, and even remember most of my responses. I also said, why would I take all that time to complete the HIT and submit just to risk rejection by leaving every single response blank? Maybe a glitch, who knows but they haven't responded to it. Luckily I only submitted the hit through survey monkey so I don't have a rejection just didn't get paid.

TL;DR: EJ is being weird so you may want to start keeping screen shots of your open ended responses to avoid rejection.

I had an issue with the payment of one that I turned in via SurveyMonkey only. I emailed Toby and he asked me what I remembered from the HIT. After I explained what I remembered and some of the things I had written in my write up, he created a comp HIT that paid more than the original HIT. YMMV I guess.
