You will probably want 3-4 types. Touch the sunglasses, then the little green box with a "+" sign.

You can set one to pick up the ones that pay a specific hrly on Turkerview.

Then set up one that picks up Turkerview rated requesters at your amount, e.g. $1.

Finally, set up one unrated for a specific dollar amount, e.g. Minimum reward $1
