I caught two of them and they are both messed up. The first one got broken 3 times and once I finally got to the end it didn't give a code. I emailed them and then returned them. I don't think they'll reply though because they didn't reply to a previous email.

 

I finally got it to take them all.. wouldn't give me a code, I refreshed... took me back to the first recording.. needless to say lots of curse words were spoken
