this is actually just their horribly buggy interface. Occasionally I'll log in and have like 40 studies available but if I try to accept any it says I'm ineligible, then once I refresh they're all gone (unless I can actually do them). They're also having some issues with completion pages that require refreshing sometimes.

i still love the site but they need a better developer
