There's clearly only one option: escalation.

Hop on their account and post HITs sorting adorable cats vs puppies.

FWIW the servers held up much better today, but towards the end of day it starting to hang a bit on the "voting" part of the process again, response times from the server would sit pending for up to 10s, only occasionally though.

 

I bet you that Pins could make money out of that
