I cannot wait for 4pm to get here. Friday, lil old 35 year old me reached from my bed to my bedside to grab my thyroid pill to take with water. Instantly I knew I did something wrong. So since Friday morning my neck and shoulder have had a sharp shooting pain that goes from 0 to like 8 on pain scale when I move just right. I couldn't get into chiropractor Friday so I suffered all weekend long.

Lesson to be learned : Get out of bed and then get the water and pill.

 

Getting old sucks huh? lol
