for people wondering, this is why I haven't posted reviews this week, and yes, it was one specific person that led me to this decision....

I just don't want to incentivize lazy and insensitive people. It's cool if it's a couple days but nearly a month of pissing me off and causing me anxiety is stupid and disrespectful. I tolerate a lot of comments but feel that she was constantly coming at me. I try to help everyone.... seriously. I'll post again in the future, but not right now. Especially during the busiest month of every year and btw, I'm still reviewing, just not posting. stop being lazy and do the work like the rest of us.

 

I've got goals and a trip planned next month. living my life, but not helping assholes make $ that should go to awesome people... (like I said, that comment was aimed at a specific person, not the entire group)

This requester had me finish the entire study, *then* told me I failed an attention check, after 20 minutes work.

They paid the $1.50 HIT, but not the major $3+ bonus, that their HIT *told* me, had been earned.

YMMV - many report this was a good requester for them. A few Turkerview workers also said this was underpaid.

I respect a requester who ends your HIT at the time of a perceived failure.

I do not respect a requester who makes the worker finish the entire survey, to THEN inform, you don't get most of the wage. Working on a review.
