Yeah, it's my first one since I've been there about 3 years. The fact that there was no data submitted more than likely means their platform messed up or they lost my info. Either way, they message you to let you know and said to respond if I wanted to contest it, which I did. I let them know what I remembered from the study (hopefully it was the right climate study lol) and how prolific auto submitted and all that. It was a Wharton study.

Once a requester mass rejected a ton of people and Prolific booted them from the platform after talking with them and paid us all with their own money.

 

At what point does Prolific step in? Do you contact them directly?

I think many people did myself included. It was like 2-3 years ago. I think it was only a few days after the rejection. They told me the requester was "unrealistic" and they were no longer allowed on the platform and I think we got paid via bonus or something. It was a long time ago.

 

where are the high paid, $40 an hour with $191 bonus HITs?

It was on Prolific's end, apparently the code that auto-submitted was incorrect but they over turned it anyway. Weird.
