    Today is World Sjögren's Day. Sjögren's (pronounced SHOW-grins) is a painful autoimmune illness which doesn't get a lot of attention because it's not as devastating as other "big name" ones out there. People with Sjögren's are pretty much in constant pain. So today, on behalf of a dear dear friend who has it, I'm raising awareness of it. She is good people.

    No gifs, late daily. Now, back to your regularly scheduled Saturday.

    Thank you. There are good days and bad. It's manageable, but there are external factors which affect it and can't be controlled (weather, for example) so enough RNG to push it into the realm of hope sometimes. She doesn't talk about it a lot. I am very lucky to be in that inner circle.
