Also I would imagine it matters when you do surveys with those quals that you were granted. One wouldn't know which question(s) granted you the qual for a particular survey and if you answer differently on the survey itself, then it would seem like you didn't actually qualify to take the survey? What if a person's situation or opinion changed?
