    It's actually possible for requesters to find your name through MTurk cause it's linked to your Amazon profile with all it's attached information (you can edit your Amazon profile so they can't). They will also get your email if you email them through MTurk.

    I saw PRE Rate being mentioned earlier.. I'm just now noticing mine ranges from 27.6%-43%. I'm guessing that isn't normal?

    I was double checking this. Most of what I see talking about it is from 2013, I think it's changed. When I check my amazon profile my account ID is different than my worker ID. You can google your worker ID as well. I only get two results and it's just a list of IDs of workers who completed a study.

    I don't remember exactly how they did it (I believe it was a little convoluted but still possible) but I'm pretty sure it wasn't through the ID. Either way, better safe than sorry.
