I cannot take 75 cent survey because 6553 is not granted. Although it is, in fact, on my qualification list. They say “yes you are qualified for 6553 but it will be “granted to you in 5 minutes” . That five minutes became a month. So I cannot take studylab hits at all

It's not a bad qual to have. It just means "You're on CR's radar." As to what ends up granting you the qual after this step, that's less clear. I got mine after about a month but others have reported never getting it, so who knows?
