Good Morning Everyone, I really need some advice, I have been on MTurk for about 3 years and have copied my stats for you here: Approved 3,875 Approval Rate 97.8041% Approvals Until 99 % 866,038 Pending 23 Pending Range 97.2396% - 97.8168% Rejected 87 Rejection Rate 2.1958% Rejections Until 98 %- -7 I was doing some .01 HITS which I normally don't but I liked them. Next day I log into my account and they gave me 22 rejections! It ruined my average I am loing a lot of money, I nicely contacted the requestor AI Insights and asked what I did wrong and if they would please reset them for me, that these rejections ruined me. They will not answer me. Is there ANYTHING I can do? Thank you so much for your time, Beth
If you have reached out to the requester and they have not overturned it, there is not much else you can do. If you are not using tools like MTS, highly suggest you do. I've not worked any IA Insight HITs, but have seen people talking about rejections. https://turkerview.com/requesters/A2ASKTEZHMTJCH-ai-insights Your best bet is to find safe penny HIT requesters and start number building. MLDataLabler is a good numbers builder and never rejects.
That's terrible, I'm so sorry! AI Insights has apparently been mass rejecting everyone; speculation is that it's a machine error on their end. Unfortunately, this started three weeks ago, and AFAIK, no one has had luck having their rejections reversed. The longest thread on the problem I'm aware of is here: https://www.reddit.com/r/mturk/comments/wseebp/help_mass_rejections_by_ainsights/?sort=new Apparently AI Insights once had a 99 approval rating, good reviews, and was a solid requester. :-( I know this isn't helpful per se, but you aren't alone in this.
Thank you whywould a company treat workers so badly? Is there anyway those of us who have been wronged could get together and do something?
