Has mTurk been slowing down? I am not catching much

 

I just did a $4 survey and on the very last page of quesitons (before a comments box) there were 3 questions to answer. I answered the questions then noticed that above the questions it said to leave them empty! They were bubbles that couldn't be deselected and I was using the keyboard, not mouse, so I answered them very quickly. I told them in the comments box what I thought of that practice and now I have to follow that up with an email.

 

Those are my least favorite a/c's. I've returned too many hits because I saw "don't check the box" at the last second - like they put it at the end of the sentence/paragraph and I've already checked a box anticipating what my answer is. Super frustrating. Let us know if yours gets approved.

Feedback from 2017 says this:
I tried clicking to deselect a list of options on a Qualtrics survey, and it would not deselect it using this script. I could not complete a survey in time and it cost me. Not reliable at all.

 

Yeah, I just tested that one and it doesn't work. This one does though, you click on the text next to the button to deselect it.

I just did the same survey, but thanks to reading this I was ready for it....good looking out....

 

Most attention checks are fair, those last minute ones make me feel like they are intending to trick/mock me. If one did he whole survey already passing prior checks, what is the point?
