    I am almost positive this same requester did the same thing to me on Prolific at the end of August.. I know it was a movie survey and they rejected it even though I was almost 100% sure I did not miss any checks. They never replied back to my messages on that platform if it is same ..Carnegie Mellon rings a bell too
