    All you have to do is look up one website address, it's a quick google search. I mean it obviously a scam right? But the requester does have a
    Limited HIT approval rate ≥ 99% so they have approved HITs.

    They have, maybe, approved the people who are supposed to pick up the HIT. Their collaborators, or themselves or something. No one really knows the purpose of those HITs. It's certainly not to get a website URL for $200.

    99% of the time they will reject you, though there is one user here who basically gambles on them and has made 5 or 10 bucks here and there, amongst a bunch of rejections.
