I am confused by this DAC7 interview stuff and hoping someone can help. The first question just says am I registered to provide professional services on the marketplace. I answered no, and the rest of the questions disappeared. Is that the right answer for someone who is just a worker?

 

probably not a good idea to be opening that and filling it out. are we sure yet of the meaning? if you fill it out you might be giving yourself over to something you don't want. like paying EU taxes??? my approach is wait and see. this will be hashed out somewhere.

I am just as confused as you, I am not even in the EU I'm in NA and I still got the notification?

 

I've been reading Reddit posts from people in EU that received this message earlier this week, and now we're receiving this same message in the US. I'm going to wait a few weeks, and see if they'll either remove this message from US dashboards (meaning no action required for US Turkers), provide additional information to us, etc... No harm in waiting for a few weeks.

 

Gonna wait a bit as well. So shitty of mturk to drop this on NYE though. Almost gave me a heart attack thinking i got banned or something.
