It also depends on the specifics... like were you reasonably justified or is this like a survey obviously for parents and you don't have kids, and didn't actually take a $5 survey? If you did the work and aren't being compensated, then its worth trying. If you know you were screened out but still got a code, I wouldn't bother and I wouldn't personally submit such a hit in the future - at least not for an unknown req
